-Upon arrival, after being in transit, there may be loose flecks of eyeshadow in the palettes, small nicks or bumps that are not the fault of anyone as they can naturally occur during motion and shipping. We have products wrapped in bubble sleeves inside bubble mailers or boxes and this typically keeps them safe. Please let us know if a palette arrives in a damaged condition beyond this by emailing us photos and your order number at email@example.com and we will work on a solution with you.
-Given the worldwide pandemic, we cannot accept used products back as returns for refunds. To keep you and us safe, we will not accept anything that has been opened and used. Thank you for understanding.

-Please discontinue use if any irritation or allergic reaction occurs and contact us for further assistance. Keep your product so we can send you a paid return label so we can send the product out for quality testing. We will work on a solution with you.
