-Your order is checked for imperfections and defects prior to shipping to you. When it leaves us, it is inspected and deemed good to go. Upon arrival, after being in transit, there may be loose flecks of eyeshadow in the palettes, small nicks or bumps that are not the fault of anyone as they can naturally occur during motion and shipping. We have palettes wrapped in bubble sleeves inside bubble mailers and this typically keeps them safe. Please let us know if a palette arrives in a damaged condition beyond this by emailing us photos and your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work on a solution with you.
-If you want a full refund for damage, you will be sent a prepaid return label to RETURN the product for a full refund. Thank you!
-Given the worldwide pandemic, we cannot accept used products back as returns for refunds. To keep you and us safe, we will not accept anything that has been opened and used. Thank you for understanding.
