Important Shipping Info

Shipping is calculated based on weight and destination and is disclosed prior to final sale.  Any customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer, please be aware of these fees, should they apply, in your location prior to ordering.

USPS is the mail carrier we use for all domestic and some international shipping. Currently, there is absolutely no guarantee of WHEN a package will get to you.  Due to pandemic, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances, there are often delays and glitches in the system.

USPS First Class International: This service takes more than a month, upwards to 3 months, to deliver your packages. It is not unusual for your  package to sit at a sorting facility with no updated tracking information for weeks at a time. Being this is the least expensive option, it is treated with the least priority by USPS as far as tracking and timeliness.  Please be aware of this and if you can afford to do so, and do not want to wait that long, choose another service for quicker delivery times.

The system may show your order as late, delivered, or in transit and it may not be 100% accurate. If an order shows as delivered and you didn't receive it, please allow up to 7 business days for it to arrive. If the package still doesn't show, we will then open a case with USPS to check the geo-tagging of your package that will then tell us exactly where it was delivered.
