If your package says delivered and is not in your possession: Please give USPS 5-7 business days. Sometimes their system isn't quite accurate with information and your package could arrive in the next few days. If your package STILL doesn't show, we work closely with USPS to open a case and use geo-tagging on your specific packages that show us and you exactly where it was delivered and we can then address the situation to each individual case.
If you didn't receive your order confirmation or tracking information: please check spam or text messages.
Restocking: We are working super hard with our manufacturer to get fully restocked. It can take some time and due to the unexpected sell-out, we are working on it! Thank you for your interest in our palette! We will update via socials and email subscription.
If you have any questions regarding where your package is: please refer to your tracking information. Once we hand your packages over to USPS (or any other mail carrier) we have as much as information as you do about your package's whereabouts. If you need help locating your tracking number, we will resend you your information. Please be patient with mail delays as they do occur in the mailing system and we do not have any control over this.
If your palette arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage with your order number and we will send you a label to return the palette to us and will send you a replacement or come up with another solution per each individual case.
PR/Collaborations: We are currently not open to new collaborations or PR. Being a small brand, we have to reserve stock and resources for the business and unfortunately cannot partner with all you talented artists at this time. Thank you for your interest and the support.
